Your experience with one manager should not be a reflection on our entire company. SunRidge has been in business for 25 plus years with a system in place that works for us and our communities.
There is strict protocol set in place for leasing staff and assistant managers to receive their commission. If the job is done correctly then receiving commissions is not an issue.
Our goal is to hire team members who can perform up to our company standards and follow company polices. Training, team work and making sure the job is done right is extremely important. You say our employees are too afraid to speak up, but you didn’t. If you felt your manager was not performing up to company standards, you should have spoken up. Nothing can be done if the AVPs are not made aware of the situation.
