It was nice until enginering founder was kind of "overpowered" and quit. Other employees were nice. Great technology to work on. Latest software technologies.

No sense of direction. Constant change of priorities making it hard to ever complete anything. The latest management after "takeover" in 2006 was unacceptably disrespectful and deadlines became utterly impossible to meet, thus putting everyone in a position to fail.
