Team can be fun at times

You never get a pay review, you need to ask and wait a month You don’t get to leave in time , no extra penalty’s, When as a team suggest things that just aren’t working , you get the we are working on it and nothing happens . Biggest one when someone leaves your promises by management they will find a replacement, but they can’t as pay is too low was the feedback , hence ALOT of extra work is put in us.
