The CTO is an arrogant, untrusting and incompetent person. He somehow thinks of himself above everyone and will bully and verbally abuse you in front of the team. Your talents can be better utilised literally anywhere else. Oh and did I mention that there is micromanagement involved to the point where you have provide update every 15 minutes to show you are working. Do not fall for whatever offer you have as you WILL come to regret it sooner or later.
