Toxic environment and a lack of leadership transparency are the biggest issues here. In just one year, I lost count of how many people left without any announcement. When leadership was questioned about this, the narrative was consistently spun in their favour. It's not a secure place to work. The Head of Culture has no real experience managing people, and it shows. Her micromanaging, dictatorial approach has created a genuinely toxic environment. Working under her was one of the worst professional experiences I've had. She seemed to take pleasure in making employees feel disempowered and insecure.
