The company works with each employee on projects, including freelancers, and involves everyone in the process. There's also a great kitchen, flexible hours, a basketball hoop, and more.

There are so many freelance employees that sometimes a complete company culture is not-existent. I see people changing all the time and its hard to make friends. Also, since freelancers constantly change, transition on projects is an issue.
