Great company, great culture, great leadership

lower pay, smaller so fewer lanes for growth

Really great creative work, seeing the end product come into focus was always fun and impressive. The producers are experienced and really know what they're doing.

The business side was amateurish and inconsistent. Leadership was not diverse; there were some women with very senior titles but the buck didn't stop with them. Management culture was top-down, not collaborative.
