Vantaggi

Great culture, a great people team, good benefits, and pay. The company makes coming into the office enjoyable, provides free lunches, and offers fun activities throughout the year.

Svantaggi

Product vision is behind and lost. So delayed in shipping product features while competitors are delivering and advertising left and right. C-level and other great leaders are leaving. Re-org happens often. Rev org expects the sales team to sell features before the product is even ready, and the President's Club is just a favoritism club. Attendees who didn't deserve it are going just because of relationships, not performance.

Vantaggi

- Office life: I wasn't sold on returning to the office, but they've made it a really lovely experience. I'm not required to come in, just encouraged. I'm enjoying it much more than I anticipated. My meals are taken care of. My transportation needs are covered and flexible - sometimes I take MUNI, sometimes I drive. -On-site culture: Very deliberate about bringing teams together. There are always team on-sites at the office. I appreciate the intentionality in including remote employees. -Products: There's a lot of excitement about the products we're building and how we're pitching ourselves to the market. - AI: We have access to so many AI tools. I think this is a major selling point because my AI fluency is rapidly developing, and Superhuman isn't putting limits on it.

Svantaggi

There's been a lot of change in the last two years. Grammarly acquired Coda, Superhuman Mail, and Rows. Then rebranded to Superhuman. Plus the leadership changes that come with that. You can only imagine the identity crisis that comes with all those changes. It feels like we're starting to come out on the other side, but it's also very clear we're in a moment of change. It can be hard to keep up with all the new products, product changes, and other updates.
