The direct-to-consumer e-commerce category which we compete in often requires a performance-based mindset to succeed as we are approaching retail in a dramatically new way, with digitally native brands and products. E-commerce can be challenging as it is so different, where we combine creativity with data and real-time results, but it has enabled us to create 3 fast growing brands in the last year all credited to the hard work, dedication, and passion of our results-oriented teams. Our culture is not of a traditional retail company, we are far from it.
