      Decent pay for type of work being done. Easy to learn most jobs. Benefits: 401k (company match[up to 6% I believe]) Okay Health insurance, vision, and dental. As well as Aflac options.

      Lack of communication between managers, slow to give raises, no bonuses or incentive to perform better, but expected to. Working 50hrs a week when we're suppose to be off on Friday. Told we are working Friday usually on the end of Thursday.

      Hard to say. We were acquired by SupplyOne recently so the culture our former company had was very relaxed and people-first. SupplyOne seems to be that way, or at least they're allowing us to continue the culture in our section of the company. The company is also very transparent regarding it's financial health and pro-ideas which I appreciate it.

      Not really many. When we were acquired, it took some time for the company to deliver information regarding employee benefits so the acquisition could have gone smoother.
