One of the best companies I have ever applied for. Great culture, pay on time. They attempt to fit your schedule to the best of their abilities. If a project ends they try to place you in a new one asap. They do attempt to promote from within.

Svantaggi

After a year got no pay increase, even with the economic downturn. Some projects are going to be much better than others. Part of the training depends on the client project and these seem to either be good or downright horrendous (not SUP's direct fault).
