It's a smaller company so you get to know everyone you work with. Petite Fridays are a huge benefit 8 months out of the year.

Svantaggi

Some departments are unorganized. Leadership is set in their ways and reluctant to change. There is no culture. The company doesn't do anything for it's employees in terms of events or special gatherings.
