The store I worked at was great. Management was balanced and had good judgment, co-workers were helpful and knowledgable, and enjoyable to work with.

No benefits, no buy-in option to obtain benefits, low hourly wages, only store manager and assist manager had benefits and worked full-time - it was sur la tables' policy to have all other workers as part-time with no benefits
