Not necessarily a con; but as the company is always growing there always tends to be room for personal growth also - you never tend to be doing one task indefinitely and will have to learn as you go.

It is a fully remote environment.

Leadership wants to generate as much cash as possible for the investors. Very little interest in growing the products. No interest in taking care of their employees, building morale, or supporting career growth. They have done nothing but reduce the size of the company over the past 4 years since the new leadership team took over. They asked me to fire seasoned software engineers in order to rehire new engineers at half the cost. I pushed back and got fired ultimately.
