The employees are not allowed to interact with one another as the company knows this will lead to the revealing of the company’s different unethical methods and cause downfall .

They are following a money chain model to get their sales target. People get trapped in this chain during their training period without even knowing. They won’t let you write the IRDA exam at the beginning of the training and tell the trainees to achieve sales of 1 lakh without the IRDA exam. From which it is obvious that they are trying to cheat. They don’t want the trainees to get the full commission . There are no sales officer in this company. The intakes for internships are the sales officers. Virtual interactions has made it easy for the company to follow such fraud methods Please don’t join this money chain company. Go for something better.
