Worst company ever - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso Surmount Softech Solutions

Nothing is good there at all.

1. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working. 5. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. 6. "Appraisal" the day you can call it "Tommorow" because it never come. 7. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. 8. After completing task in saturday and leaving office at 2 a.m. Company expect to work during weekend (sunday)/ from home without any extra benefit. They consider people as servant. 9. No vision & mission if the company. 10. No working environment. 11. Bunch of people running company are manner less. 12. no one has any views on what they are working. 13. Complete family run business. 14. No employee engagement programs. 15. HR have no idea why they are hired for. 16. Lack working culture. 17. Now notice period is 3 months.. :( Anyone can write still more but let it be.. Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace. 18. Non timely payment of salary- Expect a delay of 10-15 days every month. 19. Promoter driven company- Top management consists of members of a family-No scope for an outsider to reach the top no matter how well he performs. 20. positive response are written by the owner itself.
