Lovely lovely people with similar interests. Great deal of flexibility if you needed it. Quite interesting work.

Very much chained to a desk, with few breaks and short lunches. Unreliable work. Could stop at a moment's notice. High pressure for little reward.

Decent office location, like minded colleagues in similar situations. Pay is satisfactory for the kind of work you do.

As others have stated, the work is boring and monotonous. There isn't a lot of variety. The hours are extremely unsociable and there is a lot of pressure to some extent.
