None that I can think of, worst place I've ever worked for

"Management " is terrible, I never seen a company run in such an awful way.

I get to be entrepreneurial, am encouraged to take meaningful risk toward growth, and no two days or projects are exactly the same. The research is challenging and the clients highly educated so I'm always learning. The office is in a beautiful part of Berlin and the team is supportive of each other.

Larger companies/corporations provide stronger structure, but as I prefer more freedom of choice/direction this works for me.
