      Abusive workplace. Employees often do not receive adequate training and are generally unsupported by management (Directors). Directors are often absent and do not seem to prioritise the business. Directorial responsibilities often shirked and offloaded to other employees. Director was reported for being racially abusive.

      I get to be entrepreneurial, am encouraged to take meaningful risk toward growth, and no two days or projects are exactly the same. The research is challenging and the clients highly educated so I'm always learning. The office is in a beautiful part of Berlin and the team is supportive of each other.

      Larger companies/corporations provide stronger structure, but as I prefer more freedom of choice/direction this works for me.
