I get to be entrepreneurial, am encouraged to take meaningful risk toward growth, and no two days or projects are exactly the same. The research is challenging and the clients highly educated so I'm always learning. The office is in a beautiful part of Berlin and the team is supportive of each other.

Larger companies/corporations provide stronger structure, but as I prefer more freedom of choice/direction this works for me.

High turnover rate: Average tenure below a year, hiring is only possible for replacement, not to expand capacity Management behaviour: Unrealistic expectations all around, heavy micromanagement and a director more interested in yelling than constructive discussions Negative feedback culture: Praise is very seldomly given, but blaming by management is usually very fast to happen
