SMM values its employees and invests in them. They make it a fun place to work. We enjoy several employee functions together throughout the year and have an annual Holiday party. We work together as a team to make the company better for the future.

It's a growing company so at times there are some stressful moments but those are very few and far between.

Great family feel to a growing company. Treat employees fairly and are a big family. Works hard and be on time though.
