Most of the management is out of the United States, my manager was in the Philipines.  Everything is data-driven regardless if the data they are looking at is incorrect. Management can cut your employment at any time and cut off your access without notice. You never have a phone conversation with management because most if not all are out of the US.  They have bogus US phone numbers on their emails but when you try to call, the phone number is not in service. I was on the AT&T account , you are paid $13hr, rushed training, and you are pushed onto the phones. You use your own computer which basically is highjacked by Sutherland for the duration of your shift.  Your manager is someone in the Philippines and your calls is being audited by people in the Philippines.  The systems you use to do your job are always freezing or just kick you out where you have to restart your computer numerous times.  If you are having system issues you need to have a trail long of correspondence from the IT dept which is overseas to prove you were having system issues.  The only support employees receive is through an Instant messaging app and hope that someone answers your question.  You need to juggle multiple systems while speaking to the customer and try and figure out answers to their technical questions and make sure there is "NO DEAD AIR" because the person auditing your call because you will be reprimanded. Because of my experience and the fact I cannot actually speak to a live person on the telephone the company is sketchy and if you are interested in working here proceed with caution and do not expect any type of longevity or job security.

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
