2. No idea of how technology works. The jargons are used in PPT and work is done by basic automation tools.
3. Basic and minimum care such as repair of laptops requires high level approval whereas their execs who sell words are sent in jets.
4. Leadership is coercive. They are dinosaurs. Do not expect them to think too much.
