Vantaggi
Work 100% from home, pay is okay for an easy job. Some campaigns will work with your schedule, but this is not advertised. After training if you are good at your job they will allow you to change your schedule up if you need to.
Svantaggi
This is a typical call center job, regardless of which campaign you work for. You are required to be at your desk during working hours answering phones. This is not a job you can get your work done and relax for the rest of the day. If you can get a chat position, while rare, it's much better. Some campaigns require you to have a camera on at all times, where a program will take a snapshot of you every so often to ensure you're working and not a security risk. I worked for the Sony campaign for over a year doing chat support. They lost the chat contract with Sony and I was put on the Visible (a phone company) campaign to do chat. I was on that campaign for 3 months, and they lost the entire Visible contract. I requested to go back to Sony to do phone support because I knew the managers there and liked working for them. I left Sutherland, but found out a couple months after leaving that Sutherland lost the Sony contract as well. When they lose a contract, they will do their best to move you to another campaign, but when Visible was lost, many people were laid off. However, if you are good at your job and keep good stats, they will do their best to keep you on at the company. Your benefits and pay carry over to each campaign if you move to a different one. Hours vary depending on which campaign you're on and which time zone it's based in.
