Small facility; family environment. Good pay. Decent benefits.

No ancillary support for RN's. Limited room for advancing within facility due to size however as part of Sutter lots of room to grow.

Team work is a must, thus you will never be left alone to beat deadlines. If you make mistakes, they take action in training you rather than reprimanding you, which makes working conditions pleasant to work in. The managers are fair with everyone, and you can tell because everyone is always smiling.

Because it is a hospital you may have to work on some holidays, but that is obviously expected when working for any Hospital.
