Suttle-Straus has a really great culture, and it's not just because they have a visible presence on social media. From the top down, the company cares about its employees. When covid hit in March 2020, anyone who could work from home did so. Staying healthy was more important that physically being in the office.

The company could probably pay its employees a little more. A few people in my department are a little under paid in my opinion.
