Creepy “we’re a family” vibe. Incestuous/nepotistic - everyone is married or related. Unskilled, poorly educated people are given jobs because they are family or know members of senior management. Certain people promoted extremely quickly because of these relationships. Certain people beyond recrimination - others blamed for everything. Employees frequently bullied out of company, or sacked for minor mistakes and bundled out the back door. Staff turnover is unbelievably high, except for a core of family/friends who will work there forever. Management tried to influence staff in how they voted in 2016 Referendum to leave EU. No diversity - all white, all British, mostly male company.
