None. There is no growth for employees.

Svantaggi

The worst place to work. Very toxic work environment, not at all gender inclusive. Dominated by a few managers who doesn't allow women to grow. Human resource team, which is expected to be very neutral in the organisation favours only male managers. There is no mechanism to address employee's concerns. Discriminated pay scale and work environment.
