The people in store, lovely, so much fun to work with. The budgets aren't too outrageous, however incentives are inconsistent across store.

No room to progress, despite them always suggesting there is. They don't care about retaining staff, everyone is replaceable from a higher management viewpoint. Very low pay. Expected to work extra hours. Expected to always look pristine, perfect hair, makeup, clothing. They have not hired people for not having the 'Swarovski look that customer's aspire to'. We're ENCOURAGED to wear 'sexy' clothes in order to sell to men.
