- If you hace the bad luck of having a bad area manager that allies to bad store managers, your career is over. - the anual evaluations are pretty subjectives. It’s all about your Manager feeling and not over your personal results. - low salaries

As for your Cons: “bad area manager”, “annual evaluations are pretty subjective” and “low salaries”, we are sorry you felt that your manager was not supportive and that you were not happy with the compensation. We strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review our pay rates and bonus structure in all markets and will share your concerns with our compensation team.
