I watched this company go through many changes. They seem to be trying to regain the integrity it once had but its hard when other retailers and even their own website compete for a better price. Still I would rate this company better than so many others out there. The product is beautiful and client experience is better than you would expect

Most of the stores are run with part time associates opening and closing by themselves. They need to invest more in payroll and benefits for their staff. They deserve it!!

The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.
