Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We very much appreciate it. We are glad to hear that you had a great work environment, we strive to be an inclusive workplace where our employees shine as much as our product. We understand that an inconsistent schedule and a smaller staff can sometimes be challenging. We're continuously working on improving our scheduling process to provide more consistency while balancing operational needs. Additionally, we're aware that having a small team can be demanding at times, and we are exploring ways to provide more support where it’s needed. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re committed to making improvements that will create a better work experience for everyone. Thank you for your hard work and understanding! Not sure if you know, but we have recently launched a new portal for Swarovski Alumni and we would like to invite you to join.
