Vantaggi

- small teams so its easier to reach managers when u have issues - the workload doesnt get overwhelming even during peek seasons - great staff discounts and sometimes team commision - understanding and amazing management

Svantaggi

- very slow unless its sales seasons - can get a little stressful when u dont reach kpi targets, especially during slow times - not too many opportunities to grow unless you are one of the higher people in management - managers dont get paid much higher than normal staff
