My manager is really nice and supportive of my learning and development. The on-the-job training they offered was very effective and a good way to understand things.

Very few hours were offered and pay rate is absolute minimal. Though management are friendly, they set budgets that are unachievable, given the context of the store. Similarly, there are very few customers. So most of the time is just standing around doing nothing.
