The team is awesome and the product is strong (which is helpful in sales!) I had no idea what it would be like to sell in this industry, but the customers love what we do for them. We worked remotely, but it was easy to connect with everyone (team and clients).

If you prefer to be told what to do, this may not be the place to work. Less of a con and more of a learning curve, but they expect people to be “self starters”. In my previous roles I was told what to do and so it was strange at first. They expect everyone to think for themselves and push forward without being told to do so.
