Jeff Swickard has no idea how to keep good people. This auto group is a tax shelter for some guy with too much money. Major turn over and low morale are what this group will bring to a dealership. Immediately after purchasing the dealership the transition was messy, chaotic as many other changes that were made a long the way. Pay cuts, staff cuts, very unorganized and never planned well. Thankful I no longer work for this loser and his puppets. Luxury brands are not for you and your dog Mason.. what a joke.
