      Hours , salary . Homelife balance . The culture was pretty decent. Employees are pretty decent.

      Upper management to busy or often not there on time . Would send emails to h.r without a response which caused me to not be to be a go to for staff. Second management hard at times to communicate with. Employee skill set versus second lop sided. Management team not on same page causing employees to be in constant silent fued. Gap in management made it trial by error to perform efficiently.

      Swift is rapidly growing. there is many opportunities for advancement. management team is very nice and fun to work for.

      Great coworkers. Well-established products. Headquarter is in a prime area.

      Average salary. Some positions are hard to grow. Managers don't know what they are supposed to know, and aren’t good at coaching people. They are very rigid on 4 days in the office, wfh extremely limited. The company is very short-staffed but chose not to hire more people. Current employees have to take on more responsibilities because of that. Managers fire people in front of the whole department. Their leaderships are unprofessional, disoriented and hierarchical.
