I am on a dedicated account, therefore it is a small friendly and family oriented environment as opposed to OTR. The office personnel is knowledgeable, helpful, and always just a phone call away. The pay is comparable to other companies. We get a $75.00 safety bonus weekly, plus extra's. Best of all, I go home w/ the truck/trailer almost every day.
Svantaggi
We only get 1 day off per week. The company recently added cameras in the truck, pointing at the driver inside the cab even when the truck is not running. Also, they are going to an all automatic transmission fleet.
