Not worth it - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Swift Transportation

Most of the people who work in office, do just enough to get by. If you are a hard worker and take responsibility for your work, this company will be a negative fit. Managers do not manage, I have seen co workers shouting at each other with 5 Mangers around and nothing is done. The Managers gossip with their employees. The gossip and lack of work will be unhealthy to most people. It is a very silly place to work.
