Great Driver Leader (Harvey Steinmetz) steady pay Great Account TOL Equipment Responsive team in Utah Just a great company to work for being I’ve been to various companies and have quite a bit experience and quality home time. Camera in the truck is a great investment to protect you from some crazies on the road but the pro to me is that it only faces the road and not in cab very small camera that’s reliable I think a tad bit too sensitive but if you’re not being erratic or driving any other way that warrants a call from safety or your driver leader then it’s nothing to worry about the terminals on the east coast are amazing granted that’s all I drive but shout-outs to Greer sc Pennsylvania West Virginia and Richmond va terminals that are awesome and take care of their drivers. Its definitely not a bad place to drive and I’m bunkered in for the long haul here at swift. Oh yea this is my first ever review I feel like if things are being done right then give praises other companies I drove for let’s just leave it at this is my first review!

Not a lot of miles (primarily the account I’m on but not necessarily a bad thing) I don’t like the fuel card system. I wish it was set up for the gas stations we typically use (Loves Flying Js) and allow us to fuel on our own leisure I get why it’s done but just a tad bit inconvenient if the fuel station sent to me is not ideal at the time or etc. Truck speed at 65 on cruise. I wish experience drivers with atleast 2 years could get their trucks governed at 67-68 on cruise and 65 to the pedal. You can use pass smart for 30m a day (24 hours) but it’s used to pass other trucks but the problem is the distance (3seconds) to a typical truck that does 68 on the highway gets you the audible alarm of distance warning. So you never really pass anybody unless their scared to drive. This would be a bonafide addition to securing more experience drivers and cut back on the turnover rate. I personally don’t have nothing bad to say I mean yes I ran into people over the phone that you can tell either has had a bad day or just isn’t pleasant at all but for that’s life so no biggie besides 95% of the time if I call for assistance for either breakdown fuel empty call update etc I’m met with a friendly person on the other end that I feel is in good spirits to always want to give help soooooo yea I know in the past swift got a bad reputation for drivers but if you know how to drive and want to drive for a company that takes care of their drivers well come here! I really wish they would take the governed speed into consideration!
