No Training, High Expectations - Recensione dipendente - Planner presso Swift Transportation

Minimal training, barely enough to be able to do the job (not very well). Pretty much left on my own after a couple weeks even though I really had no clue what I was doing, especially since I had no similar experience. The people I worked with were great, they just did not have time to train me since they were already working so much and had a ton on their plate.
