The Intermodal Division is, my best estimation, stuck about 15-20 years in the past. They do not have an accurate, standard method of pricing and, over the past two years, we've had to reverse-engineer their entire pricing process. The VP in charge is now resting on his laurels, having figured out how to price accurately for their own cost, but doesn't have any interest (his own words and punctuation when asked about modern pricing tools and resources, "NO INTEREST,") in doing anything other than pricing on a day-by-day model that doesn't factor in past or present pricing; only adhering to current capacity and costs. There is also no growth potential in Intermodal, especially in this field.
