      Comission, fun customers, good discount, good amount of hours given

      Working alone the majority of the time. POS system is not the greatest. Hours are sometimes rounded down on paychecks. Communication between corporate employees is awful. Corporate is rude, and condescending. Mileage pay is below legal limit.

      In season, you always have something to do Decent 2% Commission Good Pay (for key holder or below) 40% off Friends/Family discount for employees Great for gaining retail experience since it is a small store and can have more focus with one on one training with management

      A LOT of cattiness, including the district manager being involved instead of helping to solve issues. Hours are illegally rounded down on paychecks and you may not get reimbursed for 100% of business driving (such as bank, FedEx, etc) Corporate and the District Manager are extremely unprofessional and rude to employees, especially new hires who are not 100% aware of all products. they have no knowledge of how to speak to their employees, especially management. You do not receive a legal 10 minute break for your 4-5 hour shift
