Massive opportunities to develop and get better at recruitment as well as move up as the business continues to grow rapidly. The people really make the business and the people are genuinely awesome. Retail is a great sector, Switch is a great business, the People are great people, the job is challenging and rewarding. Overall - demanding career and superb place to be.

Recruitment is really made up of highs and lows and not much in between. The highs are great and make it all worth while and hugely rewarding but the lows will always hurt a bit. The job is always challenging which is great but lots of resilience, self-belief and a good sense of humour are needed to be successful long-term.
