Once you leave work, it does not follow you home. Resume builder. Good for people who are desperate or like to be extremely stagnant. Everyone stays to themselves and tends to mind their business.

Poor communication through departments. No interest in goals/ missions/ or anything that will better the company. Lack of motivation/celebration/recognition. Secretive about everything. The CEO is outdated. Lack of care for the current state of the company and its success. Constant layoffs and reduced hours. Little to no OT. Poor compensation AND benefits
