- While not exceptionally differentiated, the product is solid - Customers love the product, the company, and the people - Most of the ICs care about doing a good job and are fun to work with

- Like most startups, there's a cult-like atmosphere that feels more like high school than a professional work environment. That can be fun for some, but at Swoogo, it also comes with a toxic positivity that rejects criticism and has people caring more about their cliques and work friends than in actually getting good work done. - Poor leadership at the executive level as well as people leaders in certain departments. Business strategies and priorities change at a whim, and the CEO has admitted to making strategic mistakes and likes to change his mind on huge decisions at the last minute. - The CEO says he cares about his employees and work/life balance but when major issues are raised, they are mentioned and then ignored until people stop asking about them. There's no follow-through or accountability. - Leaders play favorites and certain employees are above reproach. - Overall, there isn't enough experience at the leadership level. People are hired and fired after just a few months, and while they say they want to hire people for experience, leaders often disregard that experience for their own opinions. Micromanagement is a huge issue.
