      Culture, Our CEO, Everyone you get to work with. I just started here and have had nothing but a positive experience so far. Swoon is a great company, and by getting a feel for the culture here there is no wonder why they have won so many awards. I have observed how others collaborate with their candidates and wish I had such an experience when searching for employment opportunities in the past. I am looking forward to see my career develop in this role

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
