We pride ourselves on being very transparent during the interview process on what the metrics are and what it will take to reach those metrics, which at times, may require working off hours. I am sorry that being held to goals and metrics caused you anxiety, and wish that you had connected with me sooner to discuss all the tools and resources that are available to you to help you make your goals, but also live your life.
