You are responsible for your own food, for your baggage, and also how you get your own toiletries. Reimbursement is difficult because the clerk wasn't clear about the procedure (asked for a physical receipt AND an emailed receipt AND the spread sheet). If you are a queer person, do not work here. I was harassed, mocked, and isolated. I was called, "a freak," "crazy," "insane," "a danger to the team," despite literally doing nothing except having introduced myself by my pronouns and I mentioned off hand to a manager that I had a psychiatric disability that required medication. This led to said manager gossiping among the older crew members about how I was a "psycho." The first few months I worked here was hell because a bunch of workers just kept telling me how my name would come up on a list of "problem workers." I don't know about the internal, more corporate side of this company. What I do know is the inventory stocking part of it is a clown show that's extremely juvenile. I had a psychiatric emergency and when I was released from the hospital I was told that me leaving early reflected poorly "on my behavior." Note: I spent 6 days in in-patient while that email sat in my inbox. I quit this company three months later because I realized the pay was not worth the abuse. Do not work here, for your own mental health.
