      All the planning and prep is done for you, built into the program. Someone else handles parent communication and scheduling.

      Svantaggi

      The location had a hard time filling our schedule and often sent teachers home early. The pay is really low for requiring a teaching degree.

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
